How does PNB differ from any other community of this type?

First and foremost, PNB is absolutely free of change to the user, as is the rest of the websites within the network. Many paid services offer advanced features that assist the user in building a profile.  In order to keep expenses to a minimal and free to all user’s, PNB continues to operate in a user friendly environment, in the most secure mode possible.

I would like to utilize a form verses a e-mail client to forward a profile submission. Is this possible?

We have had plenty of e-mail from our user’s on this issue and have we have listened. Our tech team in September 2008 have finished and installed the profile submission form page to our website. This form is not only user friendly, but a more secure mode going directly to our database. To complete the Profile Data field on our webform, use some of the examples listed below. We will update this form in the future in assisting user’s in a better mode of setting up a profile.

Is E-mail a secure means of forwarding a submissions to PNB?

Yes. We suggest utilizing a web based e-mail system which is encrypted (example: hotmail or yahoo ....) Send your images as an attachment only. We suggest forwarding no more than one image at first and after you are assigned a “PNB Profile Identification Number” and your data is posted, then you can forward an update with more images.

Can I add an e-mail address to my profile?

Absolutely.  The PNB e-mail link will be added to your profile, by requesting such in the text of your e-mail. Any e-mail that is received will be redirected to your personal e-mail address to maintain confidentiality. The user will be advised to put your “PNB Profile Identification Number” in the subject line of their e-mail. 

What data should I add to my e-mail submission?

The text field of your e-mail submission should be forwarded utilizing the format below: All personal information, legal name, e-mail address and other related information is held strictly as confidential and will not be posted, nor will it be released to any other individuals or parties by the PNB staff. (Please see PNB Terms of Use link below)

PNB is part of a network. Will my data and image(s) be posted else where, including PNB?

No. You are the owner of all data and images you submit to PNB. We may not arbitrarily forward any part of your submission to another website. You are exclusively in control of all data and images that you forward for us to post to PNB. It is your material. You may revise, delete any or all of your profile. Simply forward a request with your “PNB Profile Indification Number” in the subject line of your e-mail (or in appliable space on webform) and we will make the requested changes.

Will my e-mail address be used by PNB to forward advertising to me?

Absolutely not. We do not endorse the use of spam and many PNB community members never hear from us. The only time you will hear from a PNB staff member is when there is a dispute, as listed else where on the PNB website. We never will sell, nor give e-mail addresses to another individual or party. All e-mail addresses are considered as part of your confidential data.
